By using InsightSphere, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

• You may only submit websites you own or are authorized to assess
• You may not use InsightSphere to attack, spam, or harm any website
• You may not reverse-engineer or abuse our APIs or rate limits

Plans

The free tier provides access to cached analysis where available. Fresh analysis, PDF export, and analysis history require a paid Pro or Agency plan. Orion AI advisor access requires sign-in. Paid access is granted for 30 days per purchase unless otherwise stated at checkout.

SEO authority, traffic, and backlink-style figures shown in reports are heuristic estimates unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Limitation of liability

InsightSphere provides analysis for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our reports.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
